We're now hiring shift leaders for our Lake in the Hills location; we are looking for hard-working, enthusiastic individuals who want to assist in leading a winning team at our Jersey Mike’s store. If you enjoy working with people and love to learn new things, we want you to help lead our team! Immediately placing strong applicants.
Responsibilities:
- Strong customer service skills
- Training and motivating team members
- Cashier monitoring - managing cash
- Uncompromising standards in maintaining a clean and safe work environment
Qualifications:
- Have excellent communication skills, management/leadership and organizational skills
- Be a true team leader and have the ability to hold others accountable as well as yourself
- Work closely with Store Manager to handle operations of store
- Have a deep commitment to customer satisfaction
- Have a strong work ethic and be dedicated to the success of the restaurant
- Age requirement: 18 years of age or older
