As a EVS Housekeeper at JNC, you will be an essential part of our team, ensuring that facilities are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene. This role is vital in supporting our mission to provide exceptional service and a safe environment for our clients.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including restrooms, OR, ER, and common spaces.
- Ensure all surfaces are sanitized and maintained according to health and safety standards.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify areas needing attention or repairs.
- Manage waste disposal in compliance with environmental regulations.
- Assist in floor care activities including sweeping, mopping, and polishing as needed.
- Adhere to OSHA guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to management.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in custodial or commercial cleaning roles preferred.
- Strong understanding of cleaning techniques and sanitation practices.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations related to workplace safety is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
