Summary
JNC is seeking a dedicated Floor Technician to join our team. Located in the United States, this role is essential for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of various flooring surfaces. As a Floor Technician, you will contribute to our mission of providing exceptional service and ensuring client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine floor maintenance tasks including cleaning, buffing, and polishing.
- Conduct carpet cleaning and stain removal using appropriate techniques and equipment.
- Ensure all floor care activities comply with safety standards and environmental regulations.
- Inspect flooring surfaces regularly to identify maintenance needs or damage.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, reporting any shortages or issues.
- Collaborate with custodial staff to ensure a clean and welcoming environment for clients.
Requirements
- Proven experience in floor care or commercial cleaning preferred.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality work.
- Ability to operate floor care equipment safely and effectively.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Good communication skills for effective teamwork and client interaction.
- English speaking
