Responsibilities :
The RN Supervisor will play a crucial role in supporting the Director of Nursing to ensure efficient and effective nursing care is delivered while achieving optimal clinical outcomes and satisfaction for patients, families, and staff.
- Lead, guide, and direct the clinical operations of nursing units during assigned shifts, ensuring adherence to policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
- Facilitate the implementation of care delivery models and processes, mentoring staff and coordinating communication with other departments.
- Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to maintain adequate nursing staff to provide safe, around-the-clock care, focusing on minimizing overtime and agency staffing.
- Participate in staff recruitment and new hire orientation, offering recommendations for promotions, transfers, and terminations.
