Job Title: Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant - COTA
Full time and part time shifts available, with a starting salary of $32 per hour.
COTA Duties:
- Work as part of the therapy team under the guidance of an OT, selecting therapy activities to fit residents' needs and capabilities.
- Assist residents in carrying out daily activities and monitor their performance in therapy activities, providing encouragement.
- Teach residents how to use special equipment to assist with daily functions and work in collaboration with the OT to establish a rehabilitation plan.
- Supervise residents' activities to ensure they are done properly and report their progress to the OT.
- Handle administrative and clerical tasks for the therapy team.

Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited OTA program
- Current OTA license
- Experience in long-term-care settings preferred
