The Marketing Specialist supports Hackensack Meridian Health's marketing initiatives. This includes, assisting in developing and implementing strategies to grow volume and reputation of key programs. This position writes and edits marketing communication materials across distribution channels; supports marketing efforts through market research, campaigns and events; implements social networking and new media strategies in conjunction with the web team to generate leads and grow the business; and communicates and implements HMH branding strategy. This position actively participates in the development of marketing plans that differentiate services to key physician, consumer and patient audiences.
Qualifications:
Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in marketing, business or other related areas of specialty.
- Minimum 1 or more year(s) of experience.
- Strong copy editing skills.
- Must display a high attention to detail.
- Ability to demonstrate a wide degree of creativity and innovation.
- Strong analytic and research skills.
- Strong time-management, organization, and coordination skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to utilize critical thinking skills in making decisions that support the mission, vision, goal and values of Hackensack Meridian Health.
Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Preferred:
- Experience in the healthcare setting.
- Experience in a large business, and/or one that is composed of multiple locations.
