What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sushi Chef position at Jerusalem kosher restaurant?
We are looking for a Sushi Chef to join our team. We are looking for a chef who's diligent and passionate, as well as able to execute high-level food efficiently. Sushi Chef responsibilities include handling a wide range of raw fish and other ingredients, managing food stock and working with an attention to detail to fulfill all orders within quality standards.
Job Description
- 40 - 50 hours a week

Qualifications Required
- 3 Years experienced required
- Ability and previous experience in creating a rich sushi menu with various main ingredients and raw fish.
- Being able to add additional flavors to sushi rolls with ginger, rice vinegar, wasabi and soy sauce, when appropriate
- Coordinate with our wait staff to ensure proper cooking, considering special requests and food allergies
- Good knowledge of various sushi types and sushi-rolling techniques
- Ability to work both fast and accurately
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
