Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The Cleaner will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various environments, ensuring that all areas are tidy, organized, and welcoming. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Duties
- Perform cleaning tasks in assigned areas including offices, restrooms, kitchens, and common areas.
- Dust, vacuum, sweep, and mop floors to ensure cleanliness.
- Clean and sanitize surfaces, fixtures, and equipment as per established guidelines.
- Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste appropriately.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and request replenishment as needed.
- Follow all safety procedures and protocols while performing cleaning duties.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a cleaning role is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify areas needing cleaning or maintenance.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Good time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within designated timeframes.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may require lifting or moving items up to 25 pounds.
- Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings or weekends if necessary.
