Responsibilities
- Ensure the lot is clean, organized, and free of debris at all times.
- Assist customers with parking and retrieving their vehicles in a courteous manner.
- Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and assisting with any concerns.
- Drive vehicles safely within the lot and to designated areas as needed.
- Maintain knowledge of vehicle inventory to assist customers effectively.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations within the dealership environment.
- Perform valet parking duties when required, ensuring vehicles are parked safely and efficiently.
Experience
- Previous experience in customer service or retail environments is preferred.
- Familiarity with cash handling and operating cash registers is advantageous.
- Experience in a dealership or automotive setting is a plus but not required.
