Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is essential in providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of my business . The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, be proficient in various office management tasks, and have experience with planning out projects and executing the schedule to complete them. Real Estate License not required, but is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients through database management, monthly newsletters, event planning.
- Manage client database and interface with owner daily to get daily, weekly, and monthly client tasks completed
- Assist with administrative tasks including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and organizing meetings/events.
- Maintain accurate records and files, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date.
- Utilize Google Suite for document creation, data management, and communication.
- Support owner by running real estate related errands.
- Handle office management duties including inventory control and supply ordering.
- Collaborate with owner to take big ideas and run with them.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by management to support overall business growth.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Proficiency in Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Drive) is required.
- Familiarity with Real Estate a Plus
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Experience managing a CEO‘s calendar.
- Experience with event planning.
- Ability to take big ideas, add your own creative spin, then organize the overall project task scope.
