RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Office Administration:Implement and streamline daily office procedures to enhance efficiency.
- Team Support: Assist agent and staff with administrative tasks, including documentation and client follow-up.
- Customer Service: Deescalate customer issues, providing effective solutions and follow-up to ensure satisfaction.
- Reporting and Compliance: Prepare reports on office performance and customer feedback for management review.

- 5 years of experience in customer service AND sales, with 2 years in a managerial role.
- Leadership and organizational skills.
- Communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Associate's degree or higher preferred.
- Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain)
- Life and Health license (must be able to obtain)
- Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening.
