Advancement Manager
Jessica and Friends Community is seeking a highly motivated and creative Advancement Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for all aspects of advancement/donor relations, marketing, and media.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing and Media:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with company goals.
- Manage digital, print, and social media marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Create engaging content for various platforms including social media, blogs, websites, email, and newsletters.
- Manage and grow the organization’s social media presence (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
- Monitor social media trends, identify key influencers, and interact with interested parties to foster community engagement.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, social media analytics, and CRM software.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of brand guidelines and ensure consistent messaging across all marketing materials.
- Organize and execute events, webinars, and promotions to engage and drive brand awareness.
Advancement/Donor Relations
- Maintain donor database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
- Support donor stewardship efforts, including regular updates and reports.
- Coordinate fundraising campaigns, including online giving and direct mail appeals.
- Plan and execute fundraising events, auctions, and community events.
- Track grant application deadlines and assist with submissions.
- Generate reports on fundraising progress and donor activity.
