Responsibilities
- Generate leads and build relationships through outbound calls and warm follow-ups.
- Provide quotes and sell Allstate auto, home, and personal lines policies.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction.
- Offer tailored coverage recommendations across brokered carrier platforms.
- Proactively manage client renewals and identify cross-selling opportunities.
- Candidate must have an Active Property and Casualty License to be considered.
- Knowledge of Allstate products and brokered home insurance policies preferred.
- Strong sales and persuasion skills with a results-driven mindset.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
