Our organization seeks a highly skilled Executive Assistant to provide top-notch support to our CEO, Jess Larsen. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the CEO's schedule, handling email communications, coordinating travel arrangements, and performing various operational tasks.
Jess is a dynamic entrepreneur with multiple business ventures, including Connection, a luxury real estate platform company, and a charity aimed at combating child trafficking. He also hosts an invite-only event series for high-achievers and produces a popular podcast on innovation and leadership.
The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably to an entrepreneur or CEO of a fast-growing company. They must demonstrate exceptional loyalty, trustworthiness, and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
Key responsibilities include emailing, scheduling, gatekeeping, coordinating travel and expense reports, and ad-hoc operational tasks. The successful candidate will also assist Jess in researching new ideas, improving processes, and identifying areas for growth.
This is an onsite position, Monday through Friday, 8-5 PM, in Heber, UT. Benefits include paid holidays, two weeks of paid vacation days per year, and unlimited sick leave.
