- Work with the School leadership team to be attentive to the processes that support Jesuit’s enrollment and reenrollment efforts, net-tuition revenue, and the School’s public presence in all its manifestations.
- Research and implement strategies to ensure that Jesuit Dallas achieves the enrollment goals set by the Board of Trustees and the enrollment management committee.
- Oversee the day-to-day activities of the admissions office, including management of admissions staff; student application records and new student enrollment; admissions-centered events and volunteer activity; and all outreach, recruitment, and matriculation efforts, up to welcoming new families to the Jesuit Dallas community.
- Serve as primary contact for all on-campus visitation programs, including interviews, tours, Parent Coffees, and post-acceptance programs.
- Enhance relationships with feeder schools, local businesses, relocation services, and community and Catholic partners in raising awareness and increasing Jesuit Dallas’ public profile.
- Direct the entire application review process.
- Promotes enrollment management in all departments of the School to educate employees on the importance and effect that they have on enrollment. Builds advocacy and volunteer bases to assist in the recruitment and retention of students.
- Collaborates with the Alumni office in working with the School’s graduates to garner additional support and recruitment through the alumni base.
- Regularly consults with the School’s communications team to develop, implement, and refine strategic marketing ideas, messaging, and an annual enrollment action plan with clearly defined goals and objectives.
- Maintain statistical and trend data related to admissions and enrollment, and leverage analytics to guide marketing and enrollment initiatives.
Qualifications
- Minimum five years of experience managing a successful enrollment program at either the secondary or university level.
- Strong commitment to an all-boys, Jesuit high school.
- Understands and supports the School’s Catholic mission and identity.
- Superior written and oral communication skills.
- Demonstrated outstanding interpersonal, organizational, and managerial skills.
- Fast-paced environment requires a commensurate amount of high energy with a proven ability to adapt.
- Must be easily approachable and comfortable speaking with a diverse group of constituents.
Physical Requirements and Work Environment
- Occasionally lift up to 30 pounds.
- Works in standard office conditions and climate.
- Position is required to attend many public events and meetings outside normal school hours and must be able to maintain a flexible schedule.
- Must thrive in a highly stressful environment dealing with a wide variety of challenges, deadlines, and a varied and diverse array of contacts.
- May work at a desk and computer for extended periods of time.
