What are the responsibilities and job description for the Tour Guide (Part Time) position at Jesus Film?

Location: Orlando, FL Onsite (24 hours a week in the office. No exceptions.)

The Kind of Work You’ll be Doing:
- Conduct tours of the Jesus Film Project display explaining the ministry and encouraging involvement with the ministry.
- Respond to incoming individual and/or group reservations. Ensure that tour reservations are entered into the applicable platforms.
- Maintain a weekly attendance report of tour visitors.
- Answer questions from visitors concerning the Jesus Film Project ministry.
- Turn on and operate all equipment related to the tour. Clean and disinfect equipment as needed.
- Promote and sell ministry resources at the end of the tour.
- Perform main cashier duties: assist guests and/or staff with the in-store checkout process, ring up sales, bag items, request price checks, honor applicable discounts, collect payment, and maintain signed receipts.
- Answer the multi-line phone calls coming to the general JFP phone number during office hours. Use excellent phone etiquette and take appropriate action, routing calls as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Experience and Skills:
Minimum 2 Year / Associate Degree
2 years of experience in customer service experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
