Executive Leadership Opportunity: Vice President Operations Planning
About the Role:
As Vice President of Operational Planning, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction of our FBO network.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute high-level strategies to drive operational efficiencies and innovation across the network.
- Cultivate strong industry partnerships and ensure the success of multimillion-dollar capital projects.
- Lead the real estate development team and standardize ground service equipment (GSE) operations.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and maintain adherence to industry standards.
Requirements:
- At least 10 years of experience in FBO or airport operations, with deep expertise in fuel management, GSE, and facility oversight.
- Proven ability to negotiate complex airport leases and establish long-term partnerships with airport authorities.
- Strong background in budget management, P&L oversight, data-driven decision-making, and identifying revenue-generating opportunities.
- Experience leading large-scale real estate projects, hangar development, and multimillion-dollar infrastructure investments.
- Deep knowledge of environmental regulations, fuel farm operations, and industry standards to ensure compliance across all FBO locations.
