What are the responsibilities and job description for the Seal Coater Crew Leader (HIRING NOW) position at Jet-Black?
We are running a Jet-Black crew based out of SE Rochester, Mn. We service Rochester, Mn and the surrounding cities within a 35 mile radius approximately. Pay ranges from $17-$21 an hour based on experience, and we will train!
We are seeking a seasonal crew leaders/sealcoaters to start in the month of May-October, (must be able to work until the end of September beginning of October), with the following requirements:
1. Reliable, punctual, and able to work 7am-7pm (actual hours vary based on weather).
2. Able to lift and walk with 50lbs. pails.
3. Physically able to work long days in summer heat.
4. Good at working with a partner and learn quickly.
5. Polite and professional with customers.
6. Must have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
7. Able to get your Health Card. (Company will cover expenses)
8. Must have good mechanical skills.
