What are the responsibilities and job description for the Contracted Dentist Extraction/Jail Setting position at Jet Dental?
We have the opportunity to serve a correctional facilities within the state of Illinois, that are in need of extractions and fillings for a large portion of their inmates. These facilities have the equipment and chairs on site. This would be available to be done any day of the week at the Dentist flexibility of availability. These facilities have the ability to provide care up to 4 days per week. You would be able to work either part or full time.

EXPERIENCE:
- General Dentistry
- Excellent positive attitude and customer service skills
- Experience in a professional environment with direct patient contact preferred
- Ability to multi-task and remain calm in a rapidly changing environment
- Correction experience preferred but not required
CERTIFICATE/LICENSE/REGISTRATION:
- Willingness to complete background check for correctional facility
- Willingness to do online security training per correctional facility policy
- Licensed to practice dentistry in the state of employment
- Personal liability insurance coverage of at least $1,000,000 per occurrence and $3,000,000 in aggregate
- Current certification in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) (Preferred)
- Maintain annual OSHA, HIPAA and Infection Control training
- All Certifications and Licenses required for this job must be kept current as a condition of continued employment.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee the clinical staff at each event worked
- Complete patient exams
- Educate the patients
- Fillings, extractions
Job Types: Contract, Temporary
Pay: $1,500.00 - $1,600.00 per day
