Role Description
This is a full-time/part-time seasonal on-site Dockhand role located in Ocean City, NJ and Somers Point, NJ. The Dockhand will be responsible for a variety of marine related tasks including but not limited to dock maintenance, boat transport/docking, general marine maintenance/cleaning/preventative care for fleet.
Dockhands are expected to embody customer service values and the ideal candidate is well versed in accomodating members on a day-to-day basis throughout the sumemr assisting members with their needs and providing an exceptionally level of care for the boats and jetskis that our members make use of.
Qualifications
- Boaters License (any state)
- Boating and docking experience prefered
- Strong Communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently and collaboratively in a team setting
- Physical strength and endurance for manual labor
- Experience in marine or dock operations is a plus
- Candidates above 18 years of age preferred
