Overview:

A Customer Service Associate creates a welcoming and fun atmosphere and puts smiles on people’s faces using world class customer service. Let’s make it FUN!

Primary Duties include but not limited to:

• Maintaining a positive presence in the parking lot.
• Point-of-Sale and oversee transactions.
• Maintain all aspects of the property in a clean and working order.
• Safely and efficiently load vehicles with clear hand signals and a smile.
• Strive for customer satisfaction by greeting every guest with a warm and friendly welcome.
• Providing support throughout the entire wash process, and ensuring a complete and thorough wash for all guests.
• Assisting in Opening/Closing Tasks.

SKILLS and QUALIFICATIONS

Requirements:

• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
• Must be friendly, outgoing, and customer service oriented.
• Must have a resilient positive attitude and energetic personality.
• Reliable transportation.

Physical Demands:​​​​​​​

• Regular physical mobility includes reaching, grabbing, lifting, and ability to handle equipment that may average up to approximately 20 pounds in weight.
• Standing and being on your feet for long periods of time.
• Working in non-climate-controlled environments and outside in all weather conditions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour
