Responsibilities for Maintenance Technician
- Provide support outside normal working hours, if necessary, and provide weekend support on rotation with fellow Maintenance Technicians
- Respond quickly in the event of an emergency, notify appropriate personnel and follow safe work practices
- Ensures assigned task are completed efficiently, cost effectively and in a timely manner.
- Conduct repairs and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Conduct repairs and maintenance of fuel oil dispensers and related fueling equipment
- Conduct repairs and maintenance of food service equipment
- Conduct repairs and maintenance of structural systems such as roofs, walls, doors, ceilings, etc.
- Support the setup and installation of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems and conduct repairs when necessary
