Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Director of Clinical Services - Hospice at Jet Health in the Denton, Texas. The Director will be responsible for overseeing the clinical operations of the hospice services, ensuring quality patient care, managing staff, developing training programs, and maintaining compliance with regulations.
Qualifications
- Experienced Hospice leader with 3 years leadership experience
- Must have 5 years hospice clinical experience as a nurse
- Must have an entrepreneurial mindset, growing patient census.
- Experience leading a high-quality service line with a patient first attitude
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Experience in cultivating a positive work culture
Salary : $100,000 - $135,000
