Detailed Job Description
">Primary Function of the LPN/LVN
- Provide nursing care, under the supervision of a registered nurse, for patients of all ages in their place of residence.
- Monitor patient health and report any changes to the supervising RN.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Assist in the development and implementation of patient care plans.
