Role Summary
We seek a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapy Assistant to work with our team at Jet Health.
About the Role:
- As a Physical Therapy Assistant, you will provide coordinated care to home healthcare patients under the supervision of a Licensed Physical Therapist.
- You will develop individualized treatment plans tailored to meet patient needs and conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient goals and outcomes.
Requirements for Success:
- A graduate of an accredited school of physical therapy assistant with an Associate Degree in Physical Therapy.
- Current State License or a multi-state license issued by a state member of the Physical Therapist Licensure Compact (PTLC).
- Experience as a Physical Therapy Assistant, preferably in home health, is highly valued.
- Therapy skills as set forth in the Therapy Practice Act and other regulatory agencies.
