```Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support our executive team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a gritty, startup environment with lots of moving parts in our nimble organizatijonl.As the Executive Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our organization, operating as an expeditor and layer of support between our management teams and our executives i.e. the glue!

Duties:

- Provide administrative support to CEO & COO, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and making travel arrangements

- Prepare and proofread documents, reports, and presentations. Take notes on all meetings and manage communcation of action plans

- Assist with PR and Marketing duties, Linked In, Social Media requests

- Market Research and building out Sales Funnel, data entry and maintaining databases

- Coordinate and organize meetings, conferences, and events

- Manage bookeeping review and quarterly/annual report preparation

- Manage compliance (Payroll, Workers comp, ESD, Unemployment, Sale Tax remittance, etc)

- Call and speak with every guest that books with JET or any of our properties, daily calls.

- Assist with special projects as assigned

Skills:

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); Canva; Google Suite

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed

- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality

- Experience with calendar management and scheduling using Outlook or similar software

- Knowledge of QuickBooks or other accounting software is a plus

- Previous experience in an administrative or executive support role is preferred
