- Knowledge of piping systems materials and their properties, including but not limited to plastics, iron, malleable steel, copper, brass, chromium, aluminum, and stainless steel.
- Possess knowledge of pipe fabrication practices and procedures including electric, arc, and acetylene welding, brazing, and soldering.
- Familiarity with threading, glued, bolted, and compression-type fittings.
- 6 years of fire/sprinkler experience.
- 2 years of Foreman experience is preferred.
- Ability to relay instructions and directions to workers.
- Highly organized, systematic, and adherent to construction deadlines.
- Valid driver's license.
- Ability to work overtime.
