ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Assists Project Manager with project documentation i.e., writes, logs, sends, and tracks project documents to include RFI's, change orders, plan sets, submittals, operations and maintenance manuals, permits, daily logs, etc.Assists Project Manager to ensure field personnel have the appropriate tools, materials, and documentation to complete the projectWorks with purchasing agent for procurement of project equipment and materials per the project scheduleAssists Project Manager in tracking and communicating material deliveries with the fieldAssists Project Manager in facilitating site logistics to include : conxes, water, heavy equipment, safety, access, parking, etc.Assists Project Manager in reviewing and pricing project documents for changes such as ASI's per contract documents and timelinesEnsures that all safety and environmental policies of the company and project owners are followed by all project personnelAssists Project Manager in the coordination of constructability and compatibility with other trades and building systemsMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
Two (2) years of Assistant Project Management experience is preferred.Knowledge of Bluebeam Revu, Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook and required.
