ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Process and prepare shipments from the warehouse to the project job site.
• Deliver products to job sites as directed and as needed.
• Coordinate, prepare, and layout equipment and commodities on-site.
• Develop and prepare job kit loadouts.
• Assist in inventory control and notify the Warehouse Manager when inventory gets low.
• Coordinate with the Warehouse Manager and Purchasing Team on the status of warehouse inventories and commodity buyouts.
• Review supplier deliveries and check packing lists.
• Report shortages to the Purchasing Team
• Assist and coordinate with the Site Lead regarding onsite inventories and consumable resupply.
• Maintain license for all material handling equipment and safety training.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

• One year of warehouse experience
• Organization skills·
• Good communication skills, both oral and written ·
• Active Oregon’s Driver License ·
• Ability to pass and maintain material handling equipment licenses
• Background in construction and supply operations is helpful
• Knowledge of heating systems is beneficial
• Ability to check work email (smartphone, computer, tablet, etc.) - the company provides a $10 stipend for data

Pay: $18 - $22 / hour
