Summary
The Technical Data Clerk is primarily responsible for clerical and administrative support of the Technical team, including scanning, filing, data entry, document processing, and record comparisons, and ensuring these and other, related functions are completed accurately and timely.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities Included, But Not Limited To
While performing the responsibilities of the Technical Asset Manager, Avionics, you will be seated at a desk, using a phone and computer, the majority of your workday. Less than 5% of your job duties will require the ability to: walk long distances, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch and crawl. The noise level is usually low, as consistent with an office environment. At times, some lifting may be required, up to 50 lbs. to sort and move record containers.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities Included, But Not Limited To
- Utilize the inventory management system and other tools to maintain aircraft forms and records as required
- Process, screen, scan, and file aircraft and component documentation and verify accuracy of aircraft utilization data
- Ensure that hours, landings, engine cycles/starts, and other pertinent records are accurate and comparable with technical logs
- Create mini-packs and provide technical and trace documentation as needed to support internal processes
- Assist Technical team with technical records discrepancy review, as needed
- Create and maintain work/task cards to ensure necessary fleet maintenance is documented and scheduled
- Coordinates and executes preparation and shipment of records packages to customers for sold/leased assets

- You have High School Diploma or equivalent
- You have 1-2 years of experience, training, and demonstrated performance with:
- Organization and attention to detail

- General office technology (computer, printer, fax, scanner)
- MS Office, particularly Excel, and general office technology
- Have 2 years of experience supporting an aviation technical services team or similar experience
- Have worked with the Quantum ERP system
