Job Description:
Jet’s is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Marketing Manager to support our franchisees by developing and executing localized marketing strategies. This role will focus on helping franchise owners understand and leverage effective marketing practices to enhance brand presence, increase customer engagement, and drive sales growth within their local communities. This role will work closely with the national marketing team and operations to drive profitable growth for our franchisees.
Responsibilities:
· Provide guidance and training to franchisees on best practices for local marketing campaigns, community engagement, and promotional activities
· Collaborate closely with franchisees and regional teams to identify marketing opportunities and address specific market challenges
· Develop and implement practical, easy-to-follow marketing plans tailored to individual franchisee needs.
· Facilitate regular communication and workshops with franchise owners to share successful strategies, campaign insights, and marketing tools
· Establish and maintain strong community partnerships to support franchisee-driven local marketing initiatives.
· Monitor and analyze local market trends and campaign effectiveness, providing actionable feedback to franchisees.
· Oversee the creation and distribution of marketing materials designed specifically for franchisee use.
· Assist franchisees with budget planning and ensure maximum ROI from their local marketing investments
· Manage cooperative advertising groups (co-ops) by coordinating meetings, aligning franchisee marketing goals, and overseeing the administration of shared marketing budgets
· Provide leadership and strategic oversight for co-op initiatives, ensuring unified marketing messaging and effective use of pooled resources
· Facilitate co-op communication channels, including regular updates, reports on marketing initiatives, budget tracking, and effectiveness of group campaigns
· Develop standardized processes and resources to optimize co-op efficiency and accountability
Required Skills & Experience:
· Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field
· 4 years of marketing experience or related experience
· Experience using data mining/analysis/modeling tools and techniques
· Strong analytical skills
· Experience within QSR marketing
· Self-starter with excellent project management skills
· Excellent people skills and vendor relationship management skills
· Strong analytical skills and metrics measurement background
· Strong verbal and presentation skills
Compensation
- Base salary range: $122,000- $150,000
