Responsibilities:
- Greet customers, assess their vehicle needs, and offer suitable products or services.
- Provide efficient and friendly quality customer service to every customer.
- Sell memberships, bundle wash packages, and other wash products or services.
- Operate the cash register and process payments using JetSplash's point-of-sale system.
- Answer phone calls, taking messages or directing them to the correct department.
- Maintain clear communication with team members.
- Promptly address membership management questions or problems that arise.
- Be responsible for the organization and cleanliness of the point-of-sale office.
- Complete daily Sales Advisor opening and closing duties.
