Duties

- Maintain accurate records of incidents, investigations, and security operations for reporting purposes.
- Ensure that all security staff are trained in first aid and CPR, promoting a safe workplace for all employees.
Experience
- Proven experience in a security management role or related field, with a strong background in loss prevention strategies.
- Certification in security management or related fields is preferred.
- Familiarity with surveillance technologies, including CCTV systems.
- Experience in conflict management techniques to effectively handle difficult situations.
- Background in law enforcement or military service is advantageous but not mandatory.
