Job Summary:
As an LPN at our clinic, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality care to patients with neuropathic conditions. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to assist in patient assessments, implement care plans, administer treatments, and monitor patient progress.
Duties/ Responsibilities:

Assist in conducting comprehensive patient assessments, including obtaining medical histories and vital signs.

Implement individualized care plans for patients with neuropathic conditions as directed by the healthcare provider.

Administer medications, injections, and treatments as prescribed by the healthcare provider.

Monitor and document patient progress, reporting any changes or concerns to the supervising NP, PA, or physician.

Educate patients and their families about neuropathy management, treatment options, and preventive care.

Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and effective patient care.

Perform diagnostic tests and assist in interpreting results to guide treatment decisions.

Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with clinic standards and healthcare regulations.

Ensure a safe and clean working environment by adhering to infection control procedures, policies, and regulations.

Participate in continuous professional development and stay updated on the latest advancements in neuropathy treatment and nursing practices.
Qualifications
Skills and Abilities:

Proven experience in a clinical setting, preferably in a specialty clinic or with neuropathic patients.

Strong clinical skills, including medication administration and patient monitoring.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to educate and support patients and their families.

Proficiency in using electronic medical records (EMR) systems.

Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Commitment to providing compassionate and patient-centered care.
Education and Experience:

Graduate of an accredited LPN program.

Current LPN licensure in the state of Oklahoma.
Physical Requirements:

Capability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.
