We are currently hiring at our Rockaway, NJ location.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Maintain files for parts, service and rental departments.
- Create and manage ordering and invoicing within our accounting programs.
- Process orders to various vendors and suppliers.
- Receiving physical inventory
- Inventory management
- Assist with rental equipment check in/out process
The ideal candidate should be able to:
- Perform quality work within deadlines with or without direct supervision.
- Interact professionally with other employees and customers.
- Works with a sense of urgency
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Work independently while understanding the necessity for communicating and coordinating work efforts with other employees and organizations.
Requirements
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Powerpoint)
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Quick thinker and a fast learner
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
Salary : $20 - $22
