Position Title : Analyst, Financial Reporting
Position Summary
The Analyst, Financial Reporting assists in the accurate and timely filing of Security and Exchange Commission (SEC) and Department of Transportation (DOT) regulatory reports. In addition, the Analyst assists in the preparation of supporting schedules for consolidated monthly internal financial statements.
Essential Responsibilities
Assists in the financial reporting to the SEC on Form 10-Q and Form 10-K and any other ad hoc reporting forms that may be required
Collaborates with Investor Relations, Financial Reporting & Analysis, and other stakeholders to ensure accuracy of external reporting deliverables
Assists with financial reporting to the DOT on Form 41 and related schedules
Assists with federal and international financial surveys and regulatory reporting
Provides support schedules for internal monthly financial statements and reporting packages
Assists with the consolidation of subsidiaries
Researches technical accounting issues, as needed
Ad hoc reporting as needed; provides regular updates to team members and leadership; organizes and leads interdepartmental project teams
All other duties as assigned
Minimum Experience and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field; OR demonstrated capability to perform job responsibilities with a combination of a High School Diploma / GED and at least four (4) years of previous relevant work experience
One (1) year of experience in a related field
Ability to meet stringent deadlines
A strong and confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
High degree of accuracy through attention to detail
Available for overnight travel (10%)
Must pass a pre-employment drug test
Must be legally eligible to work in the country in which the position is located
Authorization to work in the US is required. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship
Preferred Experience and Qualifications
CPA or CPA candidate
Proactive attitude, looks for continuous improvements
Comfortable working in a team and independently, willing and able to take on responsibility as needed
Excellent analytical skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Crewmember Expectations :
Regular attendance and punctuality
Potential need to work flexible hours and be available to respond on short-notice
Able to maintain a professional appearance
When working or traveling on JetBlue flights, and if time permits, all capable crewmembers are asked to assist with light cleaning of the aircraft

Compensation :
The base pay range for this position is between $64,350.00 and $89,600.00 per year. Base pay is one component of JetBlue's total compensation package, which may also include access to healthcare benefits, a 401(k) plan and company match, crewmember stock purchase plan, short-term and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, free space available travel on JetBlue, and more.
