Analyst, One-to-One Marketing (JetBlue Travel Products) (FLIC)
Position Summary
The JetBlue Travel Products (JTP) Analyst, One-to-One Marketing is dedicated to the optimization and maintenance of one-to-one marketing channel communications. This role assists the Manager, Marketing in managing customer's interactions with and perceptions about the JetBlue Vacations and Paisly through all B2C marketing touch points - with a specific focus on driving engagement and success by improving and optimizing platform performance through email, push notifications, in-app messaging and organic social postings during promotional and non-promotional periods.
This role is intended for a customer experience-oriented individual whose personal values match JetBlue's values of Safety, Caring, Integrity, Passion and Fun and bringing humanity back to air travel.
Essential Responsibilities
- Responsible for writing briefs for all one-to-one channels to drive revenue during promo and non-promo periods; and amplification in associated awareness channels (organic social) to maximize reach to inform the channel strategy for email, push notifications, in-app messaging and organic social postings.
- Responsible for project management of all one-to-one campaigns while working collaboratively across the Tech (for email coding) and Creative teams (development of design and copy) to ensure a flawless and on-time execution.
- Responsible for providing post-campaign channel reporting to understand performance and optimization.
- Responsible for executing campaigns/optimization focused on email and push notifications including personalization and targeting strategy to maximize site traffic and improved booking rate on our platforms (while minimizing opt-out rates).
- Support Manager, Marketing in overseeing all B2C marketing efforts to extend brand awareness and drive revenue of both new and existing JetBlue Vacations and Paisly customers.
- Email oversight is extended to one-off deployments and updates to email automations.
- Interact with JetBlue channel owners to deliver assets on-time and develop audience strategy based on the strategy of the campaign.
- Assist with channel quality assurance (QA) for all campaigns.
- Other complex projects and duties as assigned.
Minimum Experience and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field; OR demonstrated capability to perform job responsibilities with a combination of a High School Diploma/GED and at least four (4) years of previous relevant work experience.
- One (1) year of email and digital web marketing and promotions.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be skilled at exhibiting attention to detail.
- Must be meticulously organized about meeting timelines, deliverables and following processes/procedures.
- Excellent at proofing written and visual creative concepts before B2C launch.
- Comfortable working cross functionally with internal and external stakeholders.
- Available for overnight travel (10%).
- Must pass a ten (10) year background check.
- Must be legally eligible to work in the country in which the position is located.
- Authorization to work in the US is required. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
Preferred Experience and Qualifications
- Four (4) years of email and digital web marketing and promotions.
- Experience in customer segmentation strategies and prioritization of campaigns based on those segments.
- Keen understanding of the interplay between content types within the digital guest experience.
- Experience with identifying and executing email marketing best practices, both for desktop and mobile.
- Experience and understanding of digital marketing analyses and A/B testing of creative to better our email and website marketing strategies.
- Experience designing and executing brand marketing prioritization across a brand website (what products/destinations/features to highlight) for a period of at least twelve (12) months.

- When working or traveling on JetBlue flights, and if time permits, all capable crewmembers are asked to assist with light cleaning of the aircraft.
