Manager Financial Systems
Pos ition Summary
The Manager Financial Systems is responsible for maintaining and enhancing JetBlue's financial systems (SAP S / 4 HANA, Business Planning and Consolidation (BPC), etc.), inclusive of system administration, enhancements and implementations. This role partners across all Finance divisions, as well as our IT Corporate Products and IT Data Engineering teams.
Essential Responsibilities
Serve as the functional subject matter expert (SME) for JetBlue's financial systems
Partner with IT and Finance teams to develop and maintain the Financial Systems Roadmap
Lead process mapping exercises and pain-point identification for key finance processes
Lead scoping, requirements and user acceptance testing (UAT) for major system enhancements and implementations
Lead project management for major system enhancements and implementations
Lead Finance system administration for financial planning and analysis (FP&A) and Accounting systems, including but not limited to forecasting packages, data loads and flash reporting
Manage systems access in compliance with audit requirements
Lead the development of system documentation and training materials for end-users
Operate cross-functionally to minimize change management impact across the organization
Oversee training of crewmembers on continuous improvement principles
Take a significant role in the development of crewmembers to support their engagement, growth, goal achievement by establishing clear performance expectations and accountability for crewmembers

Minimum Experience and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology; OR demonstrated capability to perform job responsibilities with a combination of a High School Diploma / GED and at least four (4) years of previous relevant work experience
Five (5) years of Finance experience across key finance areas
Three (3) years of experience in a leadership / management role
Extensive finance system knowledge (SAP S / 4 HANA, BPC, etc.)
Experience managing large-scale technical projects, inclusive of business requirements and UAT
Experience driving process improvement
Experience working with databases or data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake)
Experience working with business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau)
Available for overnight travel (up to 10%)
Able to work flexible hours and be available for an emergency response on short notice
Must pass a pre-employment drug test
Must be legally eligible to work in the country in which the position is located
Authorization to work in the US is required. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
Preferred Experience and Qualifications
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Master of Business Administration (MBA)
Experience coding in at least one programming language (e.g., Python)
Experience across key finance areas including Accounting, FP&A, and Sourcing
Lean Six Sigma Black Belt
Crewmember Expectations :
Regular attendance and punctuality
Potential need to work flexible hours and be available to respond on short-notice
Able to maintain a professional appearance
When working or traveling on JetBlue flights, and if time permits, all capable crewmembers are asked to assist with light cleaning of the aircraft

Responsible for adhering to all applicable laws, regulations (FAA, OSHA, DOT, etc.) and Company policies, procedures and risk controls
Uphold JetBlue's safety performance metric goals and understand how they relate to their duties and responsibilities

Compensation :
The base pay range for this position is between $100,000.00 and $136,200.00 per year. Base pay is one component of JetBlue's total compensation package, which may also include performance bonuses, restricted stock units, as well as access to healthcare benefits, a 401(k) plan and company match, crewmember stock purchase plan, short-term and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, free space available travel on JetBlue, and more.
