We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team. In this role, you will work with both potential and existing customers to drive engagement and expand their adoption of JetBrains products. You'll focus on delivering value, building relationships, and fostering long-term success, helping JetBrains continue to provide go-to solutions for developers everywhere.
In this role, you will:
- Proactively engage with new prospects and existing customers across all JetBrains products via email, social media, telephone, and other channels.
- Identify, qualify, and develop new sales opportunities while nurturing relationships with existing customers to increase product adoption and satisfaction.
- Help customers understand the value of JetBrains tools, creating win-win scenarios that align with their business needs and goals.
- Prioritize high-volume customer accounts, using strong organizational skills to manage competing demands effectively.
- Leverage empathy and soft skills to build trust and rapport with customers, working to understand their unique challenges and how JetBrains products can help solve them.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, customer success, and sales teams to create tailored solutions for customers.
- Provide valuable feedback to internal teams to help refine and improve sales and marketing strategies.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Participate in events and webinars, representing JetBrains to engage with developers and technical decision-makers.
We'd love to have you on our team if you have:
- 2 years of sales experience, preferably in tech or developer-focused industries.
- A proactive, creative mindset with a strong sense of empathy, as well as excellent communication and soft skills.
- Pronounced ability to articulate the value of products and focus on outcomes that benefit both the customer and JetBrains.
- Experience working with high-volume customer accounts and a proven track record of prioritizing effectively.
- Familiarity with SPIN selling or other value-based sales methodologies.
- A passion for learning and the ability to quickly understand new tools and technologies.
- Fluent English (C1/C2) is a must. Additional languages (including programming languages) are a big plus.
- A basic understanding of software development concepts and tools, with a willingness to immerse yourself in JetBrains' product suite.
- A collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively across teams and functions.
- A desire to grow professionally in a customer-facing role, with aspirations for long-term development in sales or account management.
- Proficiency with CRM software (such as Salesforce or HubSpot) and sales tools like Outreach or Saleslforce
