We are looking for a skilled Manufacturing Manager to oversee the production scale-up of fluid-mechanical systems and implement production floor KPIs and management dashboards.
The ideal candidate will have experience building production capacity models accounting for process times, cycle times, yields, and headcount needs.
Responsibilities:
- Work with Engineering and Technical Program Management during and through to completion, the build of prototypes in support of new product introduction programs.
- Manage production environments through timely and accurate data.
- Hire and develop production workers to be self-directed and responsible for daily throughput and quality.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience leading the production scale-up of fluid-mechanical systems.
- Experience implementing production floor KPIs and management dashboards.
- Experience building production capacity models accounting for process times, cycle times, yields, and headcount needs.
