About the Role:
- Ensure production is scheduled, staffed, and on time to meet all shipment requirements.
- Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules.
- Collaborate with Quality to achieve zero defects.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience working in a highly dynamic NPI environment overseeing the build of early stage prototypes through maturation to steady state volume production.
- Experience working with global value-add and contract manufacturing suppliers.
- Demonstrated skill at hiring and developing production workers.
