The Account Manager is responsible for the onboarding, retention, and growth of existing customers. This role plays a critical part in achieving top-line revenue growth by executing a proactive lifecycle strategy for a portfolio of small-business, mid-market, and enterprise clients. The Account Manager will be measured against key performance indicators, including retention rate, client revenue growth, and share of customer wallet.
This role will manage client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and involves prospecting within existing customer accounts to expand relationships and build new solution pipelines. The ideal candidate must effectively articulate the value of JETNET’s core and non-core solutions while aligning customer needs with JETNET’s data solutions. A startup/entrepreneurial mindset is essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Onboard new clients, ensuring a thorough understanding of their critical business goals.
- Actively manage business relationships with JETNET clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and engagement.
- Maintain and grow core JETNET revenue by aligning solutions with client needs and usage.
- Monitor and communicate account portfolio risks, working closely with sales leadership to develop risk mitigation strategies.
- Identify expansion opportunities and work independently or with product specialists to sell the full suite of JETNET products.
- Follow a standardized renewal and sales process.
- Oversee forecasting, pipeline management, and target market development.
- Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, Marketing, Research, Product, and Finance teams to provide client insights and serve as the voice of the customer.
- Attend all product training sessions and maintain a deep understanding of JETNET’s offerings.
- Represent JETNET at trade shows, symposiums, trainings, and customer meetings as needed.
- Actively participate in product-related discussions and contribute valuable customer insights.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience using sales technology tools (e.g., Pendo, Salesforce, and other future tech stack investments).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Working knowledge of Salesforce CRM.
- Strong business process acumen, critical thinking skills, and active listening abilities.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of sales experience, preferably in Account Management or Customer Success.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, aviation, business management, or a related field.
Pay: Base salary of $55,000 - $68,000 USD Commission

Remote, in the following US States: New York, Massachusetts, Florida, Texas, Oklahoma, Colorado, Pennsylvania, Oregon, Michigan, Maine, New Hampshire, New Jersey, and Tennessee
