Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer services to JetRide members.
- Work effectively in all weather conditions, demonstrating adaptability and ensuring tasks are completed with a focus on safety
- Execute member check-out and check-in procedures by verifying reservation match, requesting member identification, while using the appropriate app.
- Review proper jet ski operation with members
- Maintain professional appearance and adhere to uniform standards
- Carry out routine cleaning duties on vessels, docks, and dock spaces that meet established quality standards for JetRide operations
- Daily reconciliation of vessels. To include verification of asset numbers compared to inventory list of asset numbers. Any discrepancies must be immediately reported to your direct supervisor. If direct supervisor is unavailable, report to the next level
- Create a positive experience for all JetRide members
- Refuel vessels
- Ensure safety equipment is available and review location of safety equipment with JetRide members
- Complete thorough inspections of vessels after each use to report any body, structural or mechanical damage using the appropriate app
- Report damages, safety concerns or mechanical issues to Ride Control
- Performing basic and routine maintenance to vessels (change bilge, props, minor maintenance etc.)
- Follow JetRide Dock Guide
- Review proper jet ski operation with members
- Report internal maintenance, supplies and service needs to the dock manager
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds a minimum of 20 yards

Details
A JetRide dockhand greets members as soon as they arrive at the location and offer to assist members with their belongings. After asking for identification and verifying vessel reservation, dockhand briefs members on location of safety equipment and assists members in getting vessels underway. Upon vessel return, dockhand assists members with docking, unloading, and disembarking. A thorough inspection, cleaning, and refueling of the vessel is then completed.
Dockhands are also required to perform routine maintenance and repairs on vessels as required, and report all instances of damages to direct supervisor. Be available to work on evenings, holidays and weekends.
Dockhand will report directly to the Dock Manager.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $13.00 - $14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
