JetRide is the world’s fastest-growing Boat and JetSki Membership Club and we are looking for a Member Services Specialist to join our Member Services team!
The Company:
JetRide is the first company of its kind. We offer affordable, monthly membership packages that provide our customers with unlimited access to top-of-the-line watercraft and boats without the everyday hassles associated with ownership.
The Position:
JetRide’s Member Services team handles all operational aspects of JetRide Logistics and Member Services.
As a Member Services Specialist you will handle requests such as booking reservations, processing charges, general inquiries related to JetRide information, logistics, and any other assigned tasks as deemed necessary by operational needs. We communicate with our members via text, phone, and email. This is a fast-paced environment and every day is different.
We are looking for a positive and outgoing individual who possesses the following skills/experience:
- Customer service skills
- Computer literacy
- Task/project management
- Organizational skills
- Professional verbal and writing skills
- Ability to think critically
- Ability to make quick decisions under pressure
- Salesforce expereince a PLUS
The position requires the ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays in a fast-paced environment with knowledge and experience with SalesForce (or similar CRM).
Bilingual in Spanish is a plus!
The Location:
JetRide Corporate Headquarters is based in Jupiter, FL but our launch locations spread throughout South Florida. The Member Services Specialist will work out of the Jupiter, FL Corporate Headquarters.
