Job Role:
- Responsible for the entire Dallas operational team and structure.
- Responsible for all operational processes, standards, and policies.
- Align with sales leadership on execution of strategy including customer quotes and
- Profit and Loss responsibilities for the operation.
- Support and manage direct reports in a positive team environment.
- On time performance responsibilities for the operation.
- Provide strong leadership and support to functional reports.
- Develop overall operational strategy and policies.
- Set standards for safety and security protocols.
- Manage operational budgets and resource allocation.
- Represent operations in senior leadership meetings.
- Provide strategic planning and reporting in support of senior leadership.
- Improve the profitability of the business by championing and implementing operational
- Document and update operational processes.
- Collaborate with a diverse team of mechanics, technicians, and engineers to identify and
- Stay up to date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and safety procedures,
- Foster a culture of safety by adhering to established safety protocols and promoting
- Identify training needs for technicians.
- Enforce the requirements of the Repair Station Manual, Federal Aviation Regulations,
Maintenance Manual (AMM), Aircraft Illustrated Parts Catalog (IPC), Structural Repair
Manual (SRM), Military Technical Orders (TO), and any other requirements to perform
their assigned work.
- Greet customers and walk throughout the facility to interact with customers.
Essential Functions and Competencies:
- Ability to be on-site full time.
- Ability to attend required business meetings - in person, or video call in, as coordinated.
- Ability to work with a team and thrive in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced and dynamic

Required Education and Experience:
- Experience operating a 145 repair station in the business jet space required.
- Leadership experience required.
- Budgetary and P/L responsibility experience required.
- Strategy experience required.
- Completion of an accredited aviation maintenance technician program required.
- 10 years of aviation technician leadership experience-military or civilian required.
- Proven experience in aircraft maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting, ideally working
- Familiarity with aircraft systems, including avionics, hydraulics, pneumatics, and
- Experience following technical manuals and procedures accurately required.
- Experience using electronic maintenance tracking programs required.

Compensation:
Pay Range: $190,000- $250,000.00
PTO: 3 Weeks
