Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment, preferably in a leadership role.
- Ability to lift 50lbs or more.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of food safety protocols and sanitation guidelines.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic math skills and proficiency in using POS systems.
- Leadership qualities, including accountability, reliability, and a positive attitude.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate crew members to provide outstanding customer service and uphold Jet's Pizza standards.
- Assist in training new team members and providing ongoing coaching and support.
- Oversee daily operations, including food preparation, order fulfillment, and cleanliness of the restaurant.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and sanitation standards.
- Manage inventory levels and assist in placing orders for supplies and ingredients.
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Work closely with management to implement promotional campaigns and achieve sales targets.
- Foster a positive work environment based on teamwork, respect, and accountability.
- Perform opening and closing duties as needed, including cash handling and reconciliation.
