Responsibilities
- Supervise kitchen staff to ensure efficient food production and service.

- Assist in focusing on quality and presentation.
- Manage inventory levels, placing orders as necessary to maintain stock.
- Train new staff on food preparation techniques, safety standards, and kitchen protocols.
- Coordinate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service during peak hours.
- Monitor food quality and presentation before serving to guests.
- Foster a positive working environment by encouraging teamwork and communication among staff.
Experience
- Strong understanding of food handling procedures and safety regulations.
- Previous experience as a cook or in a similar role within the culinary field is beneficial.
