A rapidly growing, boutique Pilates studio in North Atlanta is seeking an experienced Studio Manager to join our dynamic team. Our studio reflects the vibrant fitness community of the area and delivers premium reformer-based Pilates classes to a diverse clientele. Position Overview

The Studio Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of studio operations, from sales and member retention to community engagement and team leadership. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the growth of a premium fitness brand in the North Atlanta market.

Requirements

• 2 years of fitness or high-end retail sales experience
• Associate degree or equivalent experience
• Proven track record in personal sales and sales team leadership
• Experience in personnel management and task delegation
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple revenue streams including memberships, retail, and private training
• Excellence in client communication and relationship building
• Flexibility with studio schedule
• Strong analytical skills and ability to implement improvements
• Adaptability in a fast-paced, evolving environment
• Passion for fitness and wellness
• Superior organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in studio management software
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Meticulous attention to detail

Essential Experience

• Fitness/Premium Retail Sales: 2 years (Required)
• Sales Management: 1 year (Required)
• Team Leadership: 1 year (Required)
• Pilates or Boutique Fitness Experience: 1 year (Preferred)

Key Responsibilities

• Drive studio performance and implement strategic growth initiatives
• Deliver exceptional client experience through all communication channels
• Manage lead generation and conversion processes
• Monitor and optimize studio KPIs
• Oversee social media presence and marketing initiatives
• Execute local marketing and community engagement strategies
• Manage retail operations and inventory
• Lead and develop studio team
• Maintain studio operations and systems
• Ensure premium studio environment and experience
• Execute administrative duties and reporting
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers
• Oversee instructor quality and development
• Handle high-level client relations
• Local Marketing Events (including some evenings and weekends)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,640.00 - $60,000.00 per year
