Jetson will make it simple, transparent and affordable for everyone to get a heat pump.Job Overview : We are looking for extremely motivated and passionate Heat Pump Installers who would like to be a part of an exciting growing company looking to fight climate change through disrupting the residential HVAC industry. We need individuals with deep install experience to help us improve processes and procedures in a continuous improvement environment. You will be a key member of our install team responsible for removing gas furnaces, air conditioners and installing heat pump systems with high quality and superior customer interaction.Responsibilities : Install new heat pump systemsInspect and perform maintenance on existing heat pump systemsDiagnose and repair heat pump system issuesPerform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning and replacing filtersTest heat pump systems to ensure proper functionalityFollow blueprints, schematics, and building codes when installing or repairing systemsCollaborate with other technicians and engineering teams on the product and processesProvide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and questionsRequirements : Proven experience as a heat pump installer or similar roleAny formal training would be an asset Strong knowledge of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systemsFamiliarity with blueprints and schematicsFamiliarity with building codes and regulationsExcellent problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and in a team environmentPhysical stamina to lift heavy equipment and work in various weather conditionsDo you feel like you don't have everything that's listed above but can still do the job?
