What are the responsibilities and job description for the Busser position at Jett Management?
Cooper's Landing in Galveston, TX is looking for a few part-time, seasonal bussers to join our team as we go into the busy season. We are located at 11150 Termini San Luis Pass Rd on the west side of the island. Our ideal candidate is energetic and friendly. We need someone who takes pride in their personal hygiene and appearance. We are seeking a self-starter, who is ambitious, and engaged.
Responsibilities
- Very quickly clear tables of dishes, cups, utensils and drinkware after each customer
- Wipe down tables, chairs
- Replace tablecloths and reset tables
- Refill drinks as necessary
- Maintain a clean and sanitary bussing station
- Take out trash
- Clean up any spills that may occur
- Sweep floors as needed
Qualifications
- Ability to communicate and listen to team members and guests
- Physically able to lift/carry 50 pounds up/downstairs
- Dedication to working as a team towards one goal
- Great customer service skills
- Experience as a busser is a plus
Pay rate: $7.25 per hour plus tip share
